Information We Access
Device and App Information
We may handle device model, operating-system and app versions, language, feature interactions, performance measurements, error logs, and crash diagnostics to operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and improve NeatSpace.
Local File Information
NeatSpace may display accessible file names, paths, sizes, and categories while reviewing supported storage locations. These details are used for the local review and for the deletion you select and confirm. Cleanup categories such as Usage Logs and Error Logs refer to files found locally, not uploaded diagnostic contents.
Installed Apps and Battery Readings
The Installed Apps screen uses information supplied by Android and is for viewing only; it does not stop or control applications. Battery readings, estimates, or state values depend on the device and Android version.
Local Processing and All Files Access
NeatSpace uses storage access to review supported files and carry out only the deletion you select and confirm. All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) is required for the app's file-review and cleanup functions across permitted shared-storage locations.
Scanning and cleanup are performed locally, and personal photos, videos, documents, and other file contents are not uploaded to our servers. All Files Access does not bypass protected system files or other apps' private directories. Revoking storage access may limit file review or removal.
How Information Is Used
We use the information described above to provide file review and user-confirmed removal, display Installed Apps and Battery information, maintain reliability, investigate errors, improve the app, and understand general feature use. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising and Analytics
NeatSpace may use the following providers for advertising, analytics, attribution, and app performance services:
